The Authority created this website to provide enhanced access to the Draft EIR/EIS in response to health and safety directives concerning the novel coronavirus. This website remains available to the public, although visitors may no longer submit a comment on the Draft EIR/EIS, schedule an appointment, or participate in a webinar (these features are no longer active on this site).
The Burbank to Los Angeles Project Section’s Draft EIR/EIS includes two alternatives, a Build Alternative and a No-Build Alternative. The build alternative was presented as the State’s Preferred Alternative to the High-Speed Rail Authority Board at its November 2018 meeting. At this station, you can learn more about how the preferred alternative was developed and the key features of the build alternative. This station also includes the preliminary engineering drawing for the build alternative.
