The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has prepared a Final Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) entitled “Burbank to Los Angeles Project Section Final Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement”.
