Through the development of a Draft Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (Draft EIR/EIS), the California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) is studying the impacts of building high-speed rail service between Burbank and Los Angeles as part of the future statewide system. The high-speed train would share the existing rail corridor located next to the Los Angeles River and currently used by both freight and passenger trains. In order to improve safety and mobility in the area, a grade separation in Lincoln Heights at Main Street by the LA River is being considered. A fact sheet with a brief overview of the Main Street Grade Separation can be downloaded here.

Note: Questions and comments received during the information session will not be part of the official comment record. Please visit How to Privide a Comment for more information on how to submit a comment.
